1. Scope
This refund and cancellation policy applies to Ai on Edge platform subscriptions operated by Michael Koenig-Weichhardt ("Operator"). Platform subscriptions are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. Tenant shop purchases and tenant shop subscriptions are processed through the tenant's Stripe account, and the tenant's shop/refund terms may also apply.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Ai on Edge platform subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Ai on Edge for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial platform subscription purchase or within 14 days of your most recent renewal.
2.2. Refund requests made within the 14-day window will be honored promptly, no questions asked.
2.3. After the 14-day window, platform subscription refunds may still be issued at the discretion of the Operator or Paddle.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing legal@aionedge.app.
3.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access until that date.
3.3. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
4. Free Trials
4.1. If we offer a free trial, you will be notified before the trial ends and before any charges occur.
4.2. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1. To request a refund, send an email to legal@aionedge.app with:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of the charge
- Transaction or invoice reference (if available)
5.2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5.3. Approved platform subscription refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5--10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Tenant shop refunds are handled through the tenant's Stripe account.
6. Chargebacks
6.1. Please contact us at legal@aionedge.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform with at least 30 days notice.
7.2. The version in effect at the time of your transaction applies to that purchase.
